1. Agreement and accounts
These terms govern use of the Knife Baby website, software, and related services operated by Knife. By creating an account, buying access, or using the service, you agree to these terms. Keep your credentials private and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us through our support page if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Purchases and access periods
Plans, prices, included features, and access periods are shown at checkout. Access starts only after payment is confirmed or a valid licence key is redeemed. Some plans may renew if the checkout explicitly says so; a one-time payment does not renew automatically. Taxes, exchange rates, processing fees, and cryptocurrency network costs may affect your final payment where displayed by the provider.
3. Licence and PC binding
An active subscription or licence is required to use protected desktop features. You must verify your account, connect Discord where required, and bind a licence to one PC through the hardware page. Hardware resets follow the current dashboard rules. You must use the same account and stable hardware ID in the website and desktop app. Hardware required for setup is not included unless the product listing expressly says it is.
4. Acceptable use
Do not share or resell access, circumvent licence or HWID checks, interfere with our systems, submit fraudulent payments, harass others in support or reviews, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access while investigating abuse and revoke it for a material violation, subject to applicable law.
5. Games and third-party services
Games, platforms, Discord, Telegram, and payment providers are independent services with their own rules. You are responsible for checking whether your use of Knife Baby is permitted by them. We cannot control third-party account actions, compatibility changes, or outages.
6. Refunds and billing issues
Contact our support page with your order number if a payment or purchase is wrong. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase circumstances, the payment method, and mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a payment is reversed or refunded, related access may be suspended or revoked.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, or discontinue features, and some features depend on online authentication. We aim to describe material changes clearly. The service is provided subject to availability, and no particular game or hardware combination is guaranteed to keep working forever.
8. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review or support content, you remain responsible for it. We may moderate reviews for relevance, abuse, privacy, and authenticity. Do not post someone else's personal information or unlawful material.
9. Liability and legal rights
Any limits on warranties or liability apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer, privacy, or other non-waivable rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest of these terms can still apply.
10. Contact and changes
Questions or complaints can be sent through our support page. We may revise these terms and will post the updated version with a revision date.
